Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know so we can try to correct the situation.  In many cases we may replace your coffee for free or you can return your order for a full refund.  Simply send an email to describing your order and the reason why you are returning it along with your name, address, and telephone number.  Mail the return to:
