Steve and Joanie Wynn have purchased Kona Earth from previous owners Gary and Valerie Strawn. They are thrilled to make Kona Earth their new life's work and love living on the Big Island in Holualoa.
As Steve explains, "Kona Earth is our radical Covid pivot. We shuttered our production company Bayside Entertainment, sold off our properties, packed our belongings into a 45-foot container and headed for Hawaii. We are now officially coffee farmers in the thick of our first harvest."
Joanie chimed in, "Always one to love the outdoors, Steve is happy as a clam riding his John Deere and tending to the fields. I’m handling the business side; managing the budgets, prepping the new website, and overseeing the brand relaunch. But I love to spend time on the farm too, especially on weekends when I get to dig in my garden."
The Wynns are excited to make Hawaii their home and to share their 100% Kona coffee with coffee lovers everywhere.
