Kona Earth Gives Back
Care in Every Cup
You can enjoy every sip of your premium, 100% Kona Coffee knowing that you are contributing to the greater good.
Our “Care In Every Cup” give-back program donates a percentage of after-tax profits to our Big Island-based non-profit partner, Kohala Center. So when you enjoy Kona Earth coffee, you can be sure that you're also supporting a good cause.
The Kohala Center does important work in the areas of conservation and education, protecting fragile ecosystems including coral reefs and cloud forests essential to the island. They also provide valuable training and job opportunities for young people in the community interested in agriculture to develop the next generation of farmers.
- Kahalu‘u Bay Education Center established in 2011 to promote reef-friendly practices to visitors in an effort to protect the bay’s fragile ecosystem and ensure the bay and park remain a clean, safe, and welcoming place for visitors and residents alike
- Kohala Stewardship Program dedicated to restoring and protecting the source of our wai (water): the native cloud forests of Kohala Mountain
- Ōhāhā Mahi ‘Ai Agricultural Training and Education Program dedicated to training new farming families on Hawai‘i Island and inspiring island youth to consider careers in agriculture.
