Kona Earth Refunds/Shipping Policy

Refund Policy: We sincerely hope that you love your Kona Earth 100% Kona coffee and gifts. Please inspect your order when it arrives. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for perishable products. That said:

If there was an error in your order and you've received the wrong items, please let us know within 7 days so we can provide a replacement or credit. We may provide you with a return shipping label to return the items to us. 

If the coffee arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged packaging within 7 days of receipt to our email address: KonaEarthCoffee@gmail.com and we will  send you a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with your coffee purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt at KonaEarthCoffee@gmail.com and we'll do our utmost to find the right Kona coffee for you.  

All merchandise and non-perishable, non-coffee items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at: Aloha @KonaEarth.com and our team will happily facilitate the process. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please include your full name and order number with the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY: We ship using FedEx 2-day service exclusively. ypically, your order will be fulfilled and  shipped within 3 days of receipt. However, FedEx does not ship from Kona on weekends, so orders received after 10 am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  If additional delays are anticipated due to the small batch roasting schedule, you will be notified.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150. Please note, that holiday delays through shipping carriers due to volume and weather delays may extend the delivery window. You will be notified when your order has been shipped from Kona Earth.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs, as set by the laws of the destination country.
