A peaberry is a natural anomaly in which the coffee cherry produces a single, rounder bean instead of the usual two, concentrating the flavor into a cup that's smoother and more refined. Because they make up less than 5% of any given harvest, these Kona peaberry coffee beans are genuinely scarce, and ours are micro-batch roasted on site shipped farm direct, whole bean for supreme freshness.

Expect elegant tasting notes of bittersweet chocolate, cream, prune, and caramel in the medium roast, deepening to toffee, cocoa, and sweet spice in the medium dark.
