The flavor is outstanding. I have tried a few different brands of Kona coffee and found this one to be one of the best tasting of the ones that I've tried. The only reason I took a star off was because the bag I received was not sealed shut, nor had it ever been. It was folded shut but still leaked beans out into the shipping package.
Oh no! So sorry that happened. I see that you ordered three bags. Were they all unsealed? Please let us know which one was unsealed and we'll send you a replacement. We follow a very specific protocol during the fulfillment process, so I'm not sure why that happened. But we'd like to make it right. Please let me know and I'll send a replacement asap.

Me and the dispatch love it it's very addicting it is expensive but it's worth it you get no diarrhea you don't get upset stomach and it's even good when it gets below drinking normal temperatures I cannot believe it I've never been able to drink cool coffee I wish I would have learned about this 25 years ago I hope this does not cause a sellout because I would sure hate to be on the waiting list for coffee
