Add coarsely ground coffee (~2 Tablespoons per 8oz. of water), pour near-boiling water over the grounds, and add cream and sugar if desired. Pro Tips:

• Make sure that the lid is open when plunging to increase airflow and plunging ease.
• If experiencing heavy resistance when plunging, lightly pull up on the plunger press and then press down again.
• Enjoy a second cup when you store coffee grounds in the removable storage container attached to the bottom.
